These Terms of Service govern your use of fivestarpremiere.com (the “Site”), a vehicle shopping and lead inquiry website that connects visitors with Adam Baylis at Seelye Select on 9th in Kalamazoo, Michigan. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Website and inquiries

You may use the Site to learn about vehicle shopping, request contact, submit trade information, and follow links to inventory, financing applications, or appointment scheduling. Give accurate information that you are authorized to provide, and do not misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful or misleading material. A submitted inquiry is a request for follow-up, not an offer, vehicle reservation, credit application, or guarantee of financing, price, availability, trade value, or appointment time.

Separate services

Inventory, financing applications, scheduling, and other linked services may be operated by Seelye Select on 9th or other providers under their own terms and privacy notices. Vehicle availability and financing decisions must be confirmed with the dealership and any applicable lender. Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or financial documents through the Site’s general lead, chat, or trade forms.

Calls, email, and text messages

If you provide contact information and submit an inquiry, Adam Baylis or Seelye Select on 9th may respond about that request by phone, email, or text as permitted by your selections and applicable law. Optional marketing SMS messages are sent only if you separately opt in. Consent to marketing messages is not required to purchase a vehicle or receive assistance with an inquiry.
